Riassunto:This clinical case study has to do with Pulmonary Tuberculosis, bearing in mind that in recent years it became one of the most worrying pathologies in health and one of the first reasons for mortality in the world; where one of the first civil and political rights is the right to life and personal totality. In this work is the descriptive information of a patient at 22 years of age, housewife, who suffers progressive weight loss and hunger, who has been progressing gradually over the months, in addition to an extreme weakness preventing her from doing the daily occupations, becoming a dependent person of another. Information is collected from the principle of the disease until then today, the evolution of the pathology is detailed, a complete assessment is made, interventions are exposed to facilitate the care and improvement of the quality of life. In this work a detailed methodology was used because it allowed to implement contact with the truth to observe, describe and control it, the objective of this is to formulate new approaches and provide quality and warmth attention, identifying the critical knots and hazard components that attributed to triggering the pathology.
