La ética profesional y su aporte en el ambiente laboral

This case study was carried out with the theme: Professional ethics and its contribution to the work environment of the officials of the Department of General Secretariat of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the San Francisco de Puebloviejo Canton, in order to verify if the collaborators that make up the components affected the professional ethics based on the work they do, which is controlled by different processes that allow analyzing, describing, interpreting and synthesizing the current situation of the organization. According to the results obtained, it was verified that not practicing professional ethics affects the work environment of the entity, therefore it can be said that professional ethics in the exercise of the professional activities of an individual is an essential quality that fulfills a specific role within an organization therefore, it is considered as a fundamental aspect because it allows to determine the professional activities of a worker since ethics is the science of human behavior which is the rigor of the norms, values and moral principles they indicate how an official should behave in the development of their labor functions, since through ethical practice they can perform their tasks competently
