Summary:This study is carried out within the company "Mi Casa Ferretera", located in the city of Babahoyo, specifically on Avenida 5 de Junio between Mejía and Barreiro streets. The owner, Msc. Guido Gerardo Figueroa Guzmán, along with his wife and two additional employees, are responsible for the management and marketing of the company, which is dedicated to the sale of various hardware items. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the incidence of digital marketing on the sales of the company "Mi Casa Ferretera" in the city of Babahoyo, during the period 2023. The research methodology was descriptive because it explains the variables under study, through the application of a technique using the corresponding instrument, and a propositional explanation, why a solution strategy will be proposed for the existing problem. The results suggest that there is a positive and significant association between digital marketing and the company's sales. This allowed us to conclude that these types of strategies have a direct impact on the company's sales performance, supporting the importance of investing in digital strategies to drive business growth and success.
