要約: | To establish a commercial mango plantation, it is important to verify the soil conditions, fertility, presence of insect pests and diseases, climatic conditions and select the varieties of commercial interest that are best suited to the area. Taking into account that other important variables such as type of propagation, planting, pruning, fertilization, irrigation, sustainable cultural practices, labor and harvesting should be known. Mango cultivation is a tropical export fruit, in which there are already specific agronomic management programs for the crop, due to the quality requirements of the international market. The information obtained was carried out through the technique of analysis, synthesis and summary, with the purpose of providing the reader with information on the agronomic behavior of the export mango crop in Ecuador. From the above detailed it was determined that the mango crop is highly appreciated by the diversity of varieties that exist, for its flavor and quality of the fruit. Mango as a commercial plantation is very popular because of its high profitability, due to its high productivity when a proper agronomic management of the crop is carried out. The agronomic management of the mango crop represents the fundamental basis for maintaining and increasing the productivity of the crop, giving it a higher value in terms of quality and fruit weight. |
