| Résumé: | The case study was carried out at the JIMÉNEZ REYES GROUP COMPANY, beginning in 2007, a business that is bound by the internal revenue service, the objective is to describe the origin of the past due credit portfolio of the Company. Using as a deductive method of investigation, the case study could be developed by finding the problem mentioned. They are controlled by the Hydrocarbons Regulation and Control Agency, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Environment, the Internal Revenue Service the company has evolved, both administrative and economic management, making use of its powers to provide loans to regular consumers despite , the little experience in this credit field has earned them an overdue loan portfolio. That is why the relevant case study was carried out, analyzing and describing all the points that originate the problem in the company, which leads to the increase in its past-due loan portfolio, which it has not been able to recover over time |
