El número de adolescentes embarazadas que acuden al centro de salud 7 de octubre es significativo al igual que el porcentaje de adolescentes que asisten por un método anticonceptivo y no cuentan con un seguimiento de su uso. La presente investigación plantea determinar el nivel de conocimiento y uso de métodos anticonceptivos (MAC) entre los adolescentes que acuden al Centro de Salud 7 de Octubre en Quevedo durante el periodo de noviembre de 2023 a abril de 2024. El uso de MAC incide en su salud sexual y reproductiva, la comprensión de estos aspectos es crucial para identificar posibles brechas en la educación sexual y los servicios de salud disponibles para esta población. En el proyecto se utilizó una metodología Cuantitativa, Método inductivo-deductivo de tipo descriptiva, aplicada, prospectiva y de campo.
