Evaluación de tres enraizadores comerciales en el desarrollo del cultivo de moringa (Moringa oleífera Lam)

VIII. SUMMARY The present experimental work was carried out on land owned of the Technical University of Babahoyo, located 2.5 km from the Babahoyo - Montalvo highway; with geographic coordinates UTM X-336860,29 and Y-200863,12 and an altitude of 8 masl. This area represents a tropical climate, with an average annual temperature of 24.7 ºC, average annual precipitation of 2791.4 mm / year, relative humidity of 83.93% and 3.5 hours of average heliophany per day. Selected seed of the Moringa oleifera Lam variety was used. The treatments consisted of rooting products at different doses, such as Eco-Hum RX in doses of 0.5; 1.0 and 1.5 L / ha; Rooting Plus in doses of 0.5; 1.0 and 1.5 L / ha; Raizplant 50 in doses of 0.5; 1.0 and 1.5 L / ha plus two controls without application of fertilizers or hormones and basic fertilization with N-P-K. The experimental design of Complete Blocks at random was developed with 11 treatments and 3 repetitions. In order to determine the statistical significance of the treatments, an analysis of the variance was carried out, performing Tukey's multiple range test at 5% probability. In the management of the crop, the tasks of land preparation, sowing, application of rooters, weed control, fertilization, phytosanitary control and irrigation were carried out. From the results obtained, it was determined that the commercial rooters responded positively to the evaluation of commercial rooters in the moringa culture; the highest plant height, stem diameter and number of leaves was presented in the treatment that was applied Enraizante Plus in doses of 0.5 L / ha; in the foliar area (length and width), it was observed that the highest values were reached by the use of Eco-Hum RX in doses of 0.5 L / ha; the leafiness variable obtained a general average between 82 and 83% at 120 and 176 days, equivalent to high leafiness and the highest root weight was registered with the use of Enraizante Plus at a dose of 0.5 L / ha, while in the number and root length exceeded the treatment that was used Eco-Hum RX in a dose of 1.0 L / ha.
