| Summary: | The management of human talent has been strengthening today, but companies do not do it correctly. The construction company Chanpal S.A. of the city of Babahoyo has deficiencies in the management of human talent because they do not implement the strategies that allow the potential of human capital. The purpose of the study was to determine the problem, take advantage of the fact that this company does not use a correct management of human talent. The research method applied in the present case study was the inductive method. The subject that was integrated into the study carried out is human talent management, it is related to all the processes of the human resources area from recruitment. This research work begins with the theoretical concepts based on a consultation of several authors. The qualitative and quantitative research modality was improved, through theories of several authors and through tabulations. By not having a correct talent management in the construction company, the need arises to contribute with an analysis to the continuous problems in personnel administration. The research techniques for data collection were the interview addressed to the manager of the company; and the survey for which a questionnaire was applied to the company's workers. It is evident that there is a high percentage of staff who feel dissatisfied with talent management due to the fact that adequate motivation mechanisms are not generated. The construction company Chanpal S.A. of the city of Babahoyo must stop assuming that they already have talent management covered just because they have resources. |
