Manejo del inventario de existencias en la Dirección Distrital 12D01 Baba Babahoyo Montalvo Salud

The District Directorate 12D01 Baba Babahoyo Montalvo - Health, is in charge of receiving, controlling and distributing the different implements, materials, medical supplies, medicines and cleaning and office supplies, for the different care homes, sub-centers and medical units of three cantons of the Los Ríos province, with inventory management being a counterpoint; since it becomes complicated or difficult to manage it, and this leads to the main problem of having updated accounting records with real values and stock of existing items, therefore this case study aims to describe inventory management which is carried out at District Office 12D01 Baba Babahoyo Montalvo - Health, as an unavoidable tool for controlling stocks. The methodology applied in the present case study is quantitative in nature since it is a research methodology that allows to appreciate, weigh and elucidate data obtained through certain resources such as interviews or conversations. The types of research handled are descriptive and explanatory, since the reality that arises with the management of inventories and its effects on the accounting area of the District Directorate 12D01 Baba Babahoyo Montalvo - Health is detailed.
