The research instrument used for this case study is based on a survey which allowed us to obtain the information for the conclusion of the case study. In conclusion, certain shortcomings and deficiencies have been evidenced based on the aptitude of each secretary, it has been identified that several secretaries of the educational unit do not have a good understanding of the users and that they do not have good communication within the work area. |

El estudio realizado se empleó una metodología de la investigación de tipo descriptivo y de campo, que accedió a identificar los aspectos y factores de la aptitud de las secretarias y de esta manera analizar la buena comunicación en las relaciones interpersonales en las secretarias, el tipo de investigación cuantitativa para obtener los datos precisos en referencia a los datos, se ha empleado en situación al objetivo del estudio para buscar solución al problema planteado que ayuden para mejorar la aptitud de secretarias y la relación interpersonal. El instrumento investigativo que se ha empleado para este estudio de caso se basa en una encuesta la cual nos permitió obtener la información para realizar la conclusión del estudio de caso.
