| Summary: | This case study focuses on Thinglink and its contribution to the learning of upper elementary school students at the Bejucal Island Educational Unit, given that it was previously known that the use of this tool is limited. Therefore, the objective of this work is to analyze the contribution of ThingLink to student learning. The methodology applied consisted of a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, field and documentary research, inductive and deductive methods, as well as the survey technique with its respective questionnaire instruments, which was directed at 94 upper elementary school students. The results were that half of the students are familiar with the Thinglink digital resource, and more than half of the surveyed sample consider that technological tools play an important role in learning. Furthermore, the majority of upper elementary and secondary education students indicate that implementing ThingLink promotes active participation and motivation, aids content understanding, and contributes to improved learning. In conclusion, the ThingLink tool plays an important role in classrooms because it allows students to present assignments in creative and innovative ways, fostering more engaging and interactive learning. The benefits this digital tool provides for student learning include promoting motivation, facilitating content comprehension, and aiding information retention, among others. |
