Riassunto:Information sources for this research will be based on direct observation of facts and educational phenomena in a wide literature search, the authoritative teachers of the institution, parents, principals, administrators and students, as their contributions will be valuable and appropriate for this investigation the same as will the analysis of educational underachievement view from the sociological and political approach, psychological, philosophical, and, since education considers the child or adolescent in an integrated way a society and as such, you can not isolate it. The problem of low school performance is a situation that worries teachers, parents and the community in general, the school has been presenting various problems like; where knowledge is taught is very low, classrooms without electricity, furnishings are outdated, arrangements can not be made because the infrastructure is provided and many of the teachers have to share their workday with other work under their responsibility.
