Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | Introduction: this research makes reference to all those risk factors to which the adolescent is exposed every day and that in one way or another leads, motivates or prompts the early onset of sexual relations, being this, a trigger of multiple problems for the health sector, in Ecuador, the adolescents constitute a population group with low accessibility to the programs of the ministry of health with regard to family planning, and many of them do not talk about sexual issues with their parents, teachers either because of shame , fear, social prejudice, etc. Making vulnerable at the time of initiating the sexual act. Objective: To determine the risk factors that influence the early onset of sexual relations in adolescents aged 12 to 15 years. School Spain. Old Town. The rivers. October 2018 April 2019. Methodology: The inductive-deductive method will be applied in the study since the investigation will be directed from the particles to the general. In addition, the historical-logical method will be used because it will take as a starting point past events in relation to time and place, as well as how to collect real data through surveys and direct observation method. Results: of the total of 83 adolescents with ages ranging from 12 to 15 years, who attend the basic education school Spain, afternoon section, located in the puebloviejo canton, Los Ríos province, October 2018 - April 2019 period. The analysis of the applied surveys, it was obtained that 17 adolescents began their sexual life, predominantly in the male sex with a range of 14 to 15 years. Conclusions: The risk factors that influence the initiation of sexual relations in adolescents are: permissive parents, pressure from the sentimental partner, pressure from friends, low level of knowledge. |
