Ingresos y gastos durante el periodo de pandemia 2020- 2021 de la Hacienda “Fátima” del Cantón Baba.

This case study is based on the analysis of the income and expenses of the Hacienda "Fátima" belonging to the Baba Canton during the 2021 pandemic period. The company is dedicated to the marketing, distribution and export of bananas, the same as in In recent years, there has been a considerable increase in the demand for its products due to the quality and prices that it offers to the market. The entity, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, had certain variations in its economic inflows and outflows, harming the stability of the institution during the time in question. The current investigation exposes the central problems found within the organization, using a deductive methodology, exposing from a generalized conclusion the particularities that caused the fluctuations in the aforementioned accounts as a result of the new disease. The present investigation is of a descriptive-analytical nature, through the situations presented in the organization based on the variations of income and expenses due to both internal and external factors that influenced the institution during the period 2021, the financial situation is exposed of the Hacienda "La Fatima" analyzing each element found thanks to the application of data collection techniques and instruments (interview and surveys), supporting what is described about the entity in the current study.
