The case study entitled "Commercial management of the clothing store "Baratón de Alexis" in the city of Babahoyo in 2022", its main economic activity is the purchase and sale of clothing, such as; T-shirts, shirts, jackets, shorts, pants, busos, dresses, skirts, etc. has as its general objective; Analyze the commercial management through the FODA of the "Baratón de Alexis" store, for the evaluation of customer satisfaction, the hypothetical-deductive method was applied, since it will allow the analysis of the information obtained and in this way generate relevant comments for the development of In this case study, the techniques that are implemented were the following: the observation and interview technique, concluding the following: The study is framed under the guidelines established by the Technical University of Babahoyo with which it seeks to determine and know the problematic factors presented in the "Baratón de Alexis" warehouse, which has identified the lack of a registration system, which has caused that a notable percentage of merchandise has been lost in the supply process in the warehouse, in addition to the lack of communication that has occurred in various areas such as; customer service, warehouse, box and hanger, has caused inadequate handling of information on existing merchandise. These and other negative peculiarities that affect the warehouse are detailed in depth in the development of this study.
