Los profesores diariamente se hallan con retos para brindar una enseñanza de calidad, más que nada si de enseñanza inclusiva se trata, puesto que la integración de los niños con necesidades especiales en las instituciones es un derecho para las mismas y una obligación para la organización. Ya que los niños con necesidades educativas especiales son difíciles de ser comprendidas, identificadas y tratadas en el Ecuador. El alumno, que presente Necesidades Educativas Especiales, requiere que se realicen adaptaciones curriculares basada a sus necesidades, con la respectiva participación de expertos, de forma que estas modificaciones puedan desarrollar las diversas capacidades y destrezas del estudiando, permitiendo que el profesor cumpla su objetivo de educación y aprendizaje.
