Özet:The present investigative work on "Advertising Strategies and their impact on medical appointments in the Santé Medical Group Company in the city of Babahoyo", has as its main objective, to increase the consultations of the Company in the city. Given that the market is wide in terms of the Health area, the actions developed in this plan seek to face the difficulties that the competitive market presents and thus be able to stay in the minds of the consumer for a long time and achieve the loyalty of a greater number. In this investigation, the survey technique was used, directed at the external client, with a questionnaire of 10 duly elaborated questions, the results of which yield very valuable information that has served as the basis for decision-making in the elaboration of the Advertising Strategy Plan.
