Samenvatting:In the pharmacy “Your Prescription” there are problems of work overload, because the distribution of staff is inadequate, which has generated demotivation of workers and deteriorates the internal environment, in addition there is an authoritarian leadership that causes labor relations to be affect; The objective of the research is to analyze how work overload influences the labor productivity of the members of the organization. The case study is based on the research line of the “Administrative Management Model” degree because the analysis of human talent management in the assignment of functions of the pharmacy staff “Su Recipe” is analyzed; It also has a methodology conformed with the type of descriptive research for the identification of main findings; The inductive method is also used because the causes and effects of the problem analyzed are analyzed and as a research technique the survey is presented, a quantitative tool aimed at the human talent of the institution to know the perception of the population studied. The conclusion presented by the case study expresses that the problems caused by the allocation of the unequal workload generate the desertion of workers due to physical, mental wear and non-recognition of overtime by the institutional directive.
