| Summary: | Tuberculosis is a chronic and progressive bacterial infection that primarily affects the lungs. Its timely and disciplined treatment provides a favorable therapeutic result in addition to its recovery. The execution of the (PAE) improves the quality of life of patients suffering from this condition (tuberculosis), in addition, if it is executed correctly, it guarantees the recovery of the state of health. The nursing care process during this study was characterized as a strategic set, norm and methodological guide that allowed the nurse to provide care based on the needs presented in the patient during his pathological process. Also by using the NANDA, NOC and NIC taxonomies, it was possible to plan and execute an individualized care plan, necessary in this group of patients. On the other hand, the objectives outlined in the research were achieved through the assessment of objective and subjective data, the implementation and execution of the care plan and the evaluation of nursing interventions. The purpose of the clinical case study was to apply a nursing care process in a 25-year-old male patient, in which he focused on satisfying his most frequent health problems during his hospitalization. Finally, the research collected a broad framework of references and bibliographic sources, as well as the use of the patient's clinical history, which allowed the optimal intervention plan to be drawn up for their care. |
