The objective is to determine the factors that produce the interdepartmental uncoordination at the time of receiving the information of the municipal activities, failing to comply with the deadline that the information should be uploaded to the LOTAIP and SENPLADES. The research methodology used is qualitative, under the criteria of the inductive and bibliographic method. In order to obtain the information, an interview and an observation form were applied. The lack of training for officials in the areas related to the Planning Directorate and insufficient staff in the aforementioned management, generate deficiencies in the assigned functions |
