El objetivo es determinar los factores que producen la descoordinación interdepartamental en el momento de recibir la información de las actividades municipales, incumpliendo con el plazo que se debe subir la información a la LOTAIP y SENPLADES. La metodología de investigación utilizada es de tipo cualitativa, bajo los criterios del método inductivo y bibliográfico. Para poder obtener la información se aplicó una entrevista y una ficha de observación.
