Providing in this way a better service to its customers and increasing its market segment, not only at the cantonal but also at the provincial level. As a research instrument, the explanatory and quantitative ones were used, which help us to understand in a simpler way the requirements that are lacking in the company. And as a research technique, surveys and interviews were used to determine if the implementation of a web system is feasible. |

Mediante la implementación de este sistema web con tienda virtual se logrará tener un catálogo en línea de productos, además de obtener muchas visitas ya que contará con un chat en vivo para asesoría en línea, esta novedad tecnológica permitirá incrementar el número de visitas a la tienda en línea y por ende maximizar las posibilidades de compras de equipos de electrodomésticos o servicios de mantenimiento técnico. Brindando de esta manera un mejor servicio a sus clientes e incrementando su segmento de mercado ya no solo a nivel cantonal sino provincial. Como instrumento de investigación se utilizó la explicativa y cuantitativa las mismas que nos ayudan a comprender de manera más sencilla los requerimientos que hace falta en la empresa.
