Repercusiones emocionales a causa del aborto en una joven de 20 años en la ciudad de Quinsaloma

Abortion situations in women frequently occur when this is the first time they get pregnant, one of the biggest risk factors is changes in their mental health, these changes happen prior to the situation of loss. Existing changes or alterations in mental health in a woman are frequently debated in the scientific community, since researchers maintain that the existence of psychological problems is the cause of loss during pregnancy. Women who go through this situation suffer repercussions because of feeling guilty or for reasons external to them, to analyze these changes in the patient's mental health, a notorious investigation is made from different sources on the subject, in the same way to obtain the criteria of other investigators to have departure from the diagnostic criteria. The American Psychological Association in its diagnostic manual DSM-V summarizes the psychopathologies of depression and other feelings. To address this issue, what a 20-year-old young adult felt, who had undergone an abortion in the first months of pregnancy, was previously evaluated, considering that prior to the event she had already experienced changes in her mental health due to concern about the situation of their families and about their future. Then, through the evaluation during several appointments with the patient, the necessary information was collected to corroborate the investigation, the data that revealed their state and level of depression and other recurrent feelings due to the abortion.
