Gestión de ingresos y gastos del 2019 y 2020 de CNT.

The company CORPORACIÓN NACIONAL DE TELECOMMUNICACIONES (CNT) is located in the city of Babahoyo, a on Av. Juan X Marcos y Rocafuerte whose company is dedicated to the sale of satellite television services and also offers internet service either by cable or by fiber optics. In the CNT company between 2019 and 2020 there were many alterations between its income and expenses due to the global pandemic, which is why users needed the company's services, so the company obtained more income in one year. Despite the fact that in 2020, due to the spread of COVID, the face-to-face modality has changed to teleworking, also being the change from face-to-face care to online, as well as online purchases, which facilitated, therefore, not knowing how to carry a good management of its income, the company not only had a decrease in its income but also in personnel cuts, which prevented the company from not complying with the relevant obligations of the company and the users were upset and asked to cancel the service and therefore decrease their income. The present case study has as receiving the sub line of research "Financial and tax management" since therefore it must be taken into account how to have good financial control and to record accounting operations very well.
