| Zusammenfassung: | The present case study consists of determining how the sales management process of the El Cubano bakery is, identifying the present shortcomings that do not guarantee customer satisfaction, this process is considered very important for the business, the viability depends on it. of the company, for this reason the development of the investigation was proposed, to know the reality of the El Cubano pastry shop, to know the levels of sales in recent years and what strategies have been implemented to attract the attention of customers. The sales process is so important for companies, which allows generating greater profitability, meeting the objectives established in business benefits, therefore this process must be clearly defined by the business owner, so that no problems arise that affect sales and generate low income. For the process of collecting information, the following elements were used regarding the research methodologies, qualitative and quantitative methods were applied, allowing the application of an interview to the owner of the business and surveys to a certain group of the entity's clients, obtaining relevant and specific information that allows establishing recommendations for the benefit of the pastry shop. |
