Περίληψη:The purpose of the Strategic Public Electricity Corporation National Electricity Corporation CNEL EP is to provide the public service of distribution and commercialization of electric energy, within the assigned area, under the exclusive regime regulated by the State, in order to satisfy the demand for energy under the conditions established in the regulations applicable to the electricity sector and supply electricity to consumers. This case study is called "Analysis of the billing process of CNEL in the health emergency of covid-19", this research was carried out in order to publicize the billing process during the period 2019-2020, in a way That a comparison is made regarding energy consumption during the Covid-2019 pandemic period of the National Electricity Corporation CNEL EP Los Rios business unit, dedicated to the sale and distribution of electric energy, it is necessary to mention that the process of billing is executed as determined by the organic consumer defense law. To make a comparison of electricity consumption, the objective is to analyze what are the changes that have occurred in the billing process during COVID-19 and to be able to satisfy users with a better service. To achieve the proposed objective, the inductive research method was applied, which revealed the problems that arose when carrying out the billing process, the determined approach was quantitative, through which an analysis of results was carried out using tables and graphs. statistics, allowing to know the veracity of the billings and to verify the increase or decrease in the use of credit and debit notes. For the development of the degree work, financial, tax and social commitment management was taken as a subline of research, which is related to the billing process
