Izvleček:The final research report explored the influence that mental games have on the process of creativity development of 6th and 7th grade students at La Tranca Educational Unit during the 2024-2025 school year. The final research report explored the influence that mental games have on the creativity development process of 6th and 7th grade students of La Tranca Educational Unit during the 2024-2025 school year, by implementing a mixed research approach, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, with the objective of determining how mental games have an impact on the creativity of Basic Education students of La Tranca Educational Unit during the 2024-2025 school year, the methodology used included the use of a descriptive and explanatory level, which allowed describing and analyzing the characteristics of the logic, memory and problem solving games, as well as their impact on the creative thinking of the students. The results of the study indicated that the mental dexterity games have a positive impact on the development of skills such as reasoning and problem solving, Teachers reported a significant improvement in the creativity of students, observing greater motivation and participation in the classes, in addition, students showed a greater ability to address cognitive challenges and exhibited a greater interest in learning, certain challenges were also identified, such as the difficulty to maintain order during the activities due to the hyperactivity common in children of these ages and through this study positive data are reflected.
