| Čoahkkáigeassu: | E-learning has emerged as a key tool for online teaching and learning. In this context, a descriptive and qualitative study was carried out to evaluate the impact of E-learning in the educational processes of the students of the Pedagogy of Experimental Computer Sciences career of the Technical University of Babahoyo during a period of four months. The sample is 125 students who participated in surveys to assess their attitude towards E-learning and their perception of its impact on higher education. The results revealed that most of the students had a positive attitude towards E-learning and its ability to improve higher education. The students also believed that E-learning allowed them to have more control and responsibility in their own learning process. Although the majority of those surveyed agreed with E-learning, there was a minority that did not agree or did not have a clear opinion. Therefore, it is important to continue researching and evaluating the benefits and challenges of implementing E-learning in higher education. Overall, the results suggest that efforts to spread information and awareness about the technology have been effective. It is recommended to continue promoting the knowledge of E- learning through programs and activities that involve the educational community, despite the fact that most students already have sufficient knowledge on the subject, but it is always necessary to delve deeper into these scientific research projects. which improves the perception that certain students have about educational processes and digital tools. |
