La metodología que se utilizó para recopilar la información fue la explicativa y la de campo ya que permitió observar los diferentes problemas que se presentan en el Supermarket, como la falta de organización de los diferentes sucesos que ocurren en el lugar debido a la ausencia de un sistema informático que agilice los procesos.
