Summary:The case study was carried out with the purpose of determining and analyzing the factors that are affecting the job satisfaction of the collaborators of the BERSADYL cabinetry, literally settling with the degree of conformity of the collaborator with respect to their environment and working conditions, due to which is directly related to the smooth running of the company and the quality of work. Through the methodology and implementation of technical instruments, relevant and timely information was obtained in order to reach the consequences of the investigative work; such as the interview carried out with the owner of the joinery and surveys of the 12 collaborators, allowing to identify the main causes that are affected by job satisfaction due to the general attitudes that the collaborators present towards their work, in this case the investigation shows that the employees present a disagreement over remuneration, demotivation, insufficient work tools, safety and health for employees. In the progress process of this study, the activities carried out by the company BERSADYL are exposed, the factors that promote the business are detailed and the topics are intensified with pertinent definitions that help to have a clear and argumentative vision of the investigative activities. Finally, it was exposed that the level of satisfaction of the collaborators is presented by the remuneration, demotivation, insufficient work tools, safety and health unfavorable for good work performance where the author suggests that a performance evaluation should be carried out to define what are the annual goals to achieve in terms of experiences, productivity, attitude, efficiency and capabilities.
