Análisis de las limitaciones del sistema de facturación en el Comercial Agrícola Aguirre de la Parroquia Isla de Bejucal

This case study project is part of the analysis of the limitations of the billing system at Comercial Agrícola Aguirre with the aim of detecting all errors in the billing system used by the company to propose an alternative computer solution for guarantee the proper functioning of the application and improve customer service response times, achieving a competitive advantage over other market competitors. The techniques used in the research study was the interview, and the observation, the interview was conducted with the business owner manager to obtain very relevant information about the operation of the system and detect possible problems that the company is going through at the moment to use that computer application. Observation is another technique that was used, it allowed to make a quick exploration to see the structure of the company and how it is integrated with its components, technological resources, employees and business customers, all the news and indicators were taken from the guide instrument of observation, recorded in advance to make a good data collection. This research allowed us to obtain relevant information about the commercial management system that the company has installed in order to manage budgets, inventories, payments, among others, it is very important to have these programs since it also allows good customer service.
