Los patrones conductuales funcionan como uno de los ejes principales de la eficiencia y eficacia de las organizaciones, los mismos que se establecen hoy en día como un elemento de mucha importancia, debido a que se relacionan con la actitud y forma de ser de las personas que integran la entidad, ya que de ahí depende el comportamiento organizacional como clave de un exitoso proceso para formar ventajas competitivas que contribuyan al crecimiento de la organización.
