| description | This project was carried out in the Humedal Abras de Mantequilla belonging to the Antonio Sotomayor Parish of the Vinces canton of the Province of Los Ríos, recognized for its biodiversity of flora and fauna; with the intention of knowing the current tourist reality and the level of conservation of community resources, therefore it is the field methodology for the development of the research process, obtaining as a conclusion that most of the inhabitants of the Humedal lack knowledge of community tourism due to the scarce tourist information as an alternative to value natural resources, run the risk of not having a tourist development and get lost over time. This case study aims to analyze Community Tourism to take advantage of Natural Resources, allowing the increase of tourists through different activities such as bird watching, hiking, sport fishing, which will allow an economic contribution to the community, meanwhile visitors enjoy with their families and friends a moment of recreation, in addition to knowledge of customs, traditions and ancestral knowledge of the sector |
