| Izvleček: | This research describes the Nursing Interventions to determine the sociocultural factors that influence the desertion of the tuberculous treatment for patients that go to the Health Center "La Isla" First Semester 2018. The variables considered in the work were: sociocultural factors (independent variable), abandonment of treatment (dependent variable) and nursing interventions (intervening variable). A quantitative, descriptive and transversal descriptive study was carried out for which a comparison was made for the variables and to develop the proposal for patients who dropped out of tuberculosis treatment, the technique of the interview technique was used along with its instrument. the questionnaire to obtain the basis of this research in a sample of 21 patients, and through the graphs that obtained results that showed that it affects more to the masculine sex, the lack of knowledge about the secondary effects and the lack of adherence to the treatment and especially, the factors that affect the patient, the lack of family support, family problems, and not remembering them, taking medicine, at present tuberculosis is a global disease and a public health control problem, due to some factors They are presented during the course of their treatment, which is why a proposal is made based on educational and awareness workshops aimed at patients with Tuberculosis and their families to motivate them and thus avoid the desertion of treatment. |
