| Yhteenveto: | Physical education in educational institutions are the means to recreate and motivate and guide students towards physical activity, to improve their capacities as it evolves and is complemented in the comprehensive training of students, guaranteeing a healthy life with respect and in harmony with the environment. The objective of this research work is aimed at analyzing how physical education improves psychomotor skills in five-year-old children at the Adolfo María Astudillo school in the city of Babahoyo, for which the potentialities of physical education and the possibilities that can be applied to develop psychomotor skills in 5-year-old boys and girls. For the development of the study, the research methodology was used, composed of the design that expresses its qualitative and cross-sectional approach, then there is the modality that is documentary and field, followed by the type of descriptive research, the methods that are inductive- deductive and analytical-synthetic, data collection techniques such as observation, interview and surveys, applied to a sample of 97 people involved, the results showed that physical education does improve psychomotor skills in boys and girls from 5 years of age and the construction of an exercise guide was proposed to improve the psychomotor skills of five-year-old boys and girls, which is complemented by the budget, the schedule of activities, the bibliography and the annexes. |
