Add Tag | Summary: | The purpose of this case study is to identify weaknesses regarding the management of recovery of past due loans of the Cooperativa “San Antonio LTDA”, through the analysis of the loan portfolio using delinquency ratios. The type of research is descriptive, the method used is inductive, the interview has been used as a pertinent technique to obtain information necessary to support the research work. The results obtained reflect that the Cooperative maintains delinquent rates that exceed the maximum limits accepted, in addition, to perform a poor analysis to the client, at the time of granting the credit. The conclusions reached in the study is that despite the fact that the Cooperative has no problems in fulfilling its short-term obligations, it has problems in recovering the Loan Portfolio. |
