description Myocardial ischemia is currently the vital identifiable cause of cardiovascular mortality and morbidity in western communities. The expression ischemia comes from the union of two Greek words: ischo, which means to withdraw, and haima, which means blood. Since its own name basically represents that the blood supply to the myocardium is inadequate. The heart requires energy to conserve its structures and basal functionality and to perform its function which is to pump blood to the tissues. The heart must do some work to push that volume of blood towards the tissues against a pressure; It is indisputable that this work is directly related to the volume of blood that must be displaced and the pressure that must be overcome. It is very important to consider how the aforementioned pathology arises in order to be able to determine in advance and to avoid serious complications in the future, since some patients are usually asymptomatic, the way to confirm this pathology in these patients would be through tests for to be able to reach an accurate diagnosis. Recognizes the electrical activity of the heart through electro-attached to the skin. Certain abnormalities in the electrical activity of the heart may indicate myocardial ischemia. It is difficult to diagnose pulmonary hypertension early because it is often not detected on a routine physical examination. Even when the disease is more advanced, the signs and symptoms are similar to those of other heart and lung conditions.

Even when the disease is more advanced, the signs and symptoms are similar to those of other heart and lung conditions.
