Zusammenfassung: | Tourism has been an activity that has generated a lot of movement in recent years. That is why in the Canton Jujan it is necessary to develop Gastronomic Tourism so that its typical dishes are known nationally and why not internationally as well. With the solutions proposed, it is in the hands of the Municipal authorities that this activity, which has been a boom, helps the Jujan canton to emerge as tourism. This case study was carried out to be able to analyze Typical Dishes and Gastronomic Tourism and this was the opportunity to observe the shortcomings and thus find a way to solve them. Restaurant owners say that insecurity increases every day and they do not know when Jujan will be affected by this social problem; That is why they always hope to have the support of Municipal and Security Authorities. Because they believe that this is one of the factors why Jujan does not arise or generate a source of work because there are no visitors. Jujan's gastronomy lacks more promotion, and through social networks, which is what people handle today, it would be the perfect marketing to use and promote the dishes that this canton offers. |
