Comunicación oficial del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Ricaurte y su difusión en la población local

The research carried out in the Autonomous Decentralized Parish Government of Ricaurte, given that the institution has several weaknesses regarding the dissemination of content and management of official information to the citizens, where the management and administration of these media influence the communication process with the community. The objective of the research is to analyze the management of the official communication of the Ricaurte Parish GAD and the impact generated by its application in the community. The methodology used is given by the types of documentary and descriptive research, supported by the reasoning of the inductive and deductive methods, while the techniques of the survey, interview and direct observation were applied supported by instruments directed towards the citizenship and human talent of the GAD, which made it possible to collect the necessary data to support the issue analyzed, which are detailed below: The official communication of the GAD to the public is deficient given that the communication process with the community is weak, where the institution does not develop a plan of efficient communication that defines the communication strategies to be applied for the dissemination of the information, in addition to the inadequate handling and use of the different platforms, pages that reflect the employment and generation of content but not in a prolonged way towards the population.
