Turismo cultural y la información arqueológica de la Cultura Milagro-Quevedo, en el cantón Quevedo Provincia de Los Ríos, año 2019

The present investigation the “Cultural Tourism and the Archaeological Information of the Milagro-Quevedo Culture, in the Quevedo canton, year 2019” Its purpose is to strengthen the sense of cultural and ancestral identity in the population, in addition to the symbolic value of the Milagro-Quevedo Pre-Columbian Culture, that over time and space have been forgotten by the new offspring, promoting the rescue, recognition and protection of Cultural Heritage. The Milagro-Quevedo Culture constitutes one of the pre-Columbian cultures of greater historical, social and cultural importance was studied and discovered by the anthropologist husbands Clifford Evans and Betty J. Meggers with the scientific contribution of the renowned guayaquileño archaeologist Don Emilio Estrada Ycaza, who was the first to define the morphological-zoomorphic characteristics of this culture. The present case study, aims to analyze Cultural Tourism to contribute to Archaeological Information allowing the influx and increase of tourists motivated by the passion and preservation of vestiges, therefore, safeguarding archaeological documentation demonstrates the capacity of knowledge that is acquires through reading, strengthening the historical value of the inhabitants and their cultural identity. This case study will especially benefit the population that will have the opportunity to acquire new knowledge about the conservation of the Archaeological Heritage, in the field of pottery, textile practice and sculptural arts used by the Milagro-Quevedo Culture
