Ajouter un tag | Résumé: | Objective: To determine nursing interventions and their influence on the treatment of breast cancer in older adult women, at the Abel Gilbert Pontón Hospital, from June to August 2023. Population: 38 nurses (o) and 95 patients. Instrument: Survey and Direct Observation Guide. Results: self-care, emotional support for the patient, improved sleep quality and reduced physical discomfort as much as possible. Regarding the influence that these cares had, they are reflected in the dissatisfaction or satisfaction of the patients, in which it is more prevalent not feeling totally satisfied with the care provided by the nurse, not feeling comfortable, nor with the effort that they place the professional to find out the origin of the problem. Conclusion: Neoplastic pathologies are a health problem, since it not only affects the physical part, but also mental health, since they are diseases that have a low rate of total recovery and a prevalence in mortality, due to the deficit of interventions of all the professionals who care for these patients, so it is essential to determine the necessary activities and how to grant them compliance based on scientific support, adding to the influence that it has had. |
