The present case study, prior to the systems engineering degree, is oriented towards electronic commerce and the use of technologies in SMEs, given that currently the vast majority of organizations have some technological tool that allows them to either, promote your items or streamline internal and external processes. ICTs are considered as a set of extremely important tools in companies and although it is a resource which is still in a process of growth, without a doubt with its use it is possible to achieve the optimization of the processes of an organization to establish advantages competitive and position themselves in the market. In the same way, the measure was taken to resort to professionals using the explanatory research method, in order to deepen the necessary aspects to reinforce the present investigation and thus ensure that this case study has the necessary technical guarantee, in addition to the present case. study has theoretical information from reliable sources that allow to reinforce the author's opinion. Additionally, this document has its respective annexes, where the evidence of the participation of the interviewees is recorded.
