La presente investigación enfocó su atención primordialmente en el desarrollo sostenible que viene detrás de una ardua labor de concientización y practica para fomentar actividades turísticas. Motivo por el cual, el objetivo de esta investigación en realizar un análisis que permita ver las debilidades y fortalezas de los atractivos turísticos de la zona, y por supuesto dirige su visión a un futuro donde el turismo riosense aumente considerablemente.
