Since ancient times, social communication is a very significant fact, its evolution has marked very important milestones in the world. The globalization of communication has allowed us to grow by leaps and bounds with the help of technology, and that is where we will classify ourselves in the development of this research that involves much more than theoretical research but a deep analysis of the subject; Digital communication as a means of community development in the citizens of the El Progreso campus, Canton Mocache, 2019. Social interaction has generated substantial changes, so today we use many tools to do it, one of them is the Internet and the digital media used for this purpose. In all corners of the earth communication is carried out daily, some of the traditional procedures and others used with the current resources of the current avant-garde. In the parish cities and precincts of any city in the country they process communication processes, the same that are executed by those involved in that process, man; hand in hand with technology, a situation that puts man in the highly developed world. In the following work, a number of relevant information can be obtained, as the common man in the field can use communication resources with the technology provider that allows him to have a more real approach, vivified with his interlocutors in an effective way. I put to your estimation dear reader the following research topic digital communication as a means of community development in the citizens of the El Progreso campus, Canton Mocache, year 2019.
