This research work was carried out through a descriptive investigation which will lead us to know the characteristics of the variables to be investigated and thus know the communication development and administrative culture of the secretary. In this way, it was applied as an instrument to the survey carried out to the secretary of the coordination of the Bilingual Executive Secretariat Career of the Faculty of Legal, Social and Education Sciences of the Technical University of Babahoyo in order to know how is the development and the culture of the secretary in the workplace. At present, the secretary as the main image of a company or organization must attend teaching courses to obtain knowledge and put into practice the processes of strategic communication and administrative culture. |
