Riassunto:At present, ICTs in education have transformed teaching methods, providing teachers, students and parents with great benefits that improve and facilitate daily tasks, but not everyone knows how to handle them correctly and effectively. Therefore, the objective of the research is to analyze the influence of the use of ICTs on the learning of 4-year-old children of initial education of the "Jorge Icaza Delgado" School of Basic Education. There are great inequalities in Latin American families in access to new information and communication technologies, forming a digital gap with respect to the advancement of ICTs in developed countries, infants in this school stage have difficulties to keep up with the pace of learning normal and usually have memory problems, as well as poor attention span to verbal stimuli and expression. The educational reality in the public institutions of Ecuador is that there is a shortage of technological resources, and these are insufficient for the total number of students, as well as the lack of technological infrastructure does not allow teachers to implement new dynamic strategies with technological elements in the teaching process. teaching. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a lack of knowledge of didactic strategies to implement in the classroom with the use of digital and communication tools that help in the learning of literacy in children in the initial years of basic education " Jorge Icaza Delgado.
