| Резюме: | Each human being has two kidneys, each one is the size of his fist, the main function of the kidneys is to filter the blood, they are responsible for eliminating waste and excess water, which turns into urine. They support the chemical balance of the body, help control blood pressure and produce hormones. Chronic kidney failure means that the kidneys have been damaged and can not purify the blood. There are different causes of chronic renal failure, the two most common are diabetes mellitus and poorly controlled hypertension; there are people who do not control these diseases correctly, hence the disease of chronic renal failure. In people with this chronic kidney disease shows advanced symptoms, laboratory tests are important to diagnose the stages of the early stages, more to people with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. As the kidney disease progresses, the accumulation of toxins in the blood increases, the ability to eliminate water decreases and stop producing the hormones to control blood pressure, produce red blood cells and activate vitamin D.
