Proceso de atención de enfermería en adulto mayor con diabetes mellitus tipo 2.

The present work deals with the presentation of a clinical case in a male patient with type II diabetes mellitus with peripheral vascular complications. The main objective of the work is the application of the nursing care process, with the intention of determining the appropriate interventions to improve the patient's prognosis, based on the established diagnoses. The method applied for this work is the follow-up of the clinical case, obtaining direct information from the patient and the clinical history; In the same way, to establish the theoretical part, the search for bibliographic sources is carried out. The main results obtained are: the nursing care process is applied in a timely manner, achieving interventions that are applied to improve the patient's prognosis. This clinical case is helpful for future work to be carried out in relation to the subject matter.
