In the applied interviews we use instruments such as the medical history, psychometric tests to reach the diagnosis of generalized anxiety. The psychometric batteries that we applied was to corroborate our diagnostic hypothesis. In the psychological intervention provided, a therapeutic scheme of cognitive behavioral cutting was developed, in order to reduce the patient's anxiety levels. |

En el presente caso de estudio se indaga sobre cuáles son los efectos psicológicos en deportistas lesionados de la federación deportiva de los Ríos y hemos tomado un caso de dicha institución donde el paciente padeció una lesión donde se ausentó de sus entrenamientos por varios meses y al retornar a los entrenamientos no tiene el mismo rendimiento y esto género en el sentimientos de frustración, sudoración excesiva, malestares estomacales y palpitaciones. En las entrevistas aplicadas empleamos instrumentos como es la historia clínica, test psicométricos para llegar al diagnóstico de ansiedad generalizada. Las baterías psicométricas que aplicamos fue para corroborar nuestra hipótesis diagnostica.
