Estrategias metodológicas y su incidencia en la elaboración de una crema nutritiva facial a base de pulpa de chirimoya a los estudiantes del centro integral de promoción y empleo de la mujer, cantón Babahoyo, provincia de los Ríos

The investigation Project is about the methodological strategies and their incidence in the production of a nutritive face cream based on cherimoya pulp, and is directed to students from the Integral Centre for the Women Promotion and Employment, CIPEM (for its Spanish translation) from Babahoyo in the province of Los Ríos. The goal of this project is to look for establishing clear and academic optimum parameters for the development of this type of course, where the practical component is the priority. Practical situations require that teachers get involved with the students inside the process where priority strategies such as teamwork, project / problem based learning, the use of conceptual maps for ideas organizing and other elements are put into practice. These strategies where selected after a deep bibliographical research on methodological strategies, the production of facial creams and generalities about the cherimoya. The proposal was justified because of the evidence on the current situation in CIPEM from the point of view of teachers and students. They gave their perception on the variable of the study, which allow knowing where to direct the final proposal that was based on an induction program about methodological strategies for the teaching – learning process in the production of a cherimoya facial nutritive cream executed in CIPEM.
